An Investigation of Pressure Setting for Fire Pump

Abstract
|

|
|
This investigation was performed to show the methode for pressure setting of fire pump. Following methods are recommended. 1. The jokey pump start point should be 0.5∼l.0㎏/㎠ less than the main pump stop point. 2. The fire pump(main pump) start point should be 0.5㎏/㎠ less than the jokey pump start point. 3. The fire pump and the jokey pump stop point should equal the rating discharge pressure.
